• 1. Mission of Organization: The mission is to honor all Veterans that have been laid to rest in the Orland District Cemeteries and to be aware of the needs of the cemetery, to help support those needs of the veterans graves that they will continue being honored.
• 2. Description of Project: After using previous grant money to build flag holders to mark each veterans grave, we would like to purchase new flags to place in those and future Veterans graves. The Cemetery District's flags are quite old, faded and no longer in uniform size and condition. We wish to order 900 flags to have for existing and future Veterans graves.
• 3. Explain how this project benefits the in and around the community of Orland.: It would show pride in honoring of the resting places of the service of the men and women of our community with the new flag. As our US Armed Forces love uniformity we feel our cemeteries should reflect that standard as well
